After you order
We're notified the moment your payment clears, and we pack and dispatch your order ourselves — there is no third-party seller to chase. You can follow it any time on the
order tracking page with your order number and email.
Knowing what you're getting
Every listing states its condition — new, open box, refurbished, used, for repair or for parts — so you know the state of an item before you buy it. If anything is unclear, ask us from the listing and we'll answer before you commit.
